Thick and tasty butter chicken curry! The biryani rice was delicious light and fluffy! Butter chicken is a banger! In my lifetime this has been one of the very best but I have not been to India. Thick and beautiful. Great helpful staff! Price is a little steep but in my opinion pretty it.

Very friendly and helpful staff and owner was very informative.Food was great and cooked with good flavour and spice, not too overpowering and very flavourful.Complimentary desi tea at the end of the meal was a nice surprise. Great value for money and amazing staff, treated very well.Had some left over food which was nicely packed away for takeaway.The owner also appreciates any feedback given and improvements which could be made, which shows the dedication to customer satisfaction.

Trust me its damn amazing food. I am from delhi which is known for its food, and its me , a delhite, saying it is giving tough fight to delhi’s food. Its my fourth time having my meal at the same restaurant.Amazing service. Owner is also amazingly sweet. Being a vegetarian it was quite nice to find a place which has a separate sitting for vegetarians. Just love it

The Family Restaurant located in Chalong Rawi southern island of Phuket is a favourite amongst the local expats and is also a rare bird: A genuine Mediterranean restaurant that serves up Thai food, but with a strong line in Middle Eastern dishes. Simple in design with a warm feel to it, The Family is helmed by Ovadia Shicartzy, an Israeli with a deep font of amusing stories, witticisms, anecdotes and aphorisms. Ovadia and his Thai wife set up the restaurant some 15 years ago and have never looked back since. Stepping inside the air-conditioned and fan-cooled restaurant, it's immediately clear that the owner is a Blues music lover as the atmosphere is enhanced by swirling ambient background music. The restaurant is in a prime spot right next to busy Tesco Lotus on the Chalong-Rawai road, take advantage so of the shopping center's parking space if you're driving. Each visitor must visit restaurant services, so that these are not ordinary services, but mighty museum and blues music lovers.
